I reached out to April Powers via her website inquiring about surprising my girlfriend with a trip to Sandals Emerald Bay in Exuma, Bahamas. April immediately reached out to me with a few follow up questions to get a better feel for what I was expecting with our trip. She was very prompt and informative, gave me plenty of options within the first day of me reaching out about scheduling a trip.

Once everything was booked, April confirmed that everything was scheduled to my satisfaction. She provided us with our travel documents, helpful hints and a checklist for our trip that was mailed to us in a binder.
