Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits at 3510 Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina.

I visited on 12/28. In the drive through, I asked if they still were promoting the steak biscuit 2 for 3.50. I was told Yes and ordered that. After waiting in line for 14 minutes, and getting to the window, I was told the following: There would be a 4-5 minute wait for them to cook the steak. ???? What were you doing for the last 14 minutes? I agreed to wait longer. Then was told, the 2 for special was not available. What? You just told me it was. Why don't you just tell me to go away and never come back? That was the message I got from that. So they refused to honor the price they quoted. I'm done. What has happened to Bojangles? This isn't the only location with long lines and bad service. I'm done with Bo. They don't deserve one star.
