Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits at 5825 Highland Shoppes Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Placed my order (I’m the only guy in the drive through at this point). Was asked to move to the handicap space to wait for my order to be delivered. 20 minutes later, an employee delivered an order to a customer that arrived 10 minutes after me. I inquired about my order and was told that it would not be long. I asked for my money back, had to wait 5 more minutes for the manager to return my money. Not my first negative experience at this store, but it is my last visit to this store. I’m sure all the employees are nice people...the girl at the window was very polite and very kind, but this group has absolutely NO LEADERSHIP. If there were managers on site, they need to find a job they are good at because this isn’t it. It’s a sandwich people! A sandwich! Not at all surprised by the low ratings of this particular store. Owners need to get some leadership in here before your average review goes into negative numbers. UNACCEPTABLE!
