I am a current resident and continue to find reasons to be vexed with this company from month to month. Their maintenance prior to your move in is just a poor quality renovation performed to cover all the issues your apartment has. I have a 2 bd/2bth apartment with a galore of issues. One showers' temperature is never up to par. I have had several idiotic issues with my sink. The last resulting in a cancellation for my maintenance request due to them never responding within a week's time. I fixed The issue as best I could and won't place anymore request until it's time for our departure. The list with my apartment could continue but I would run out of characters. The gyms reeks of sweat, body odor, and fragrance supposed to mask the smell. The pool is open year round and from dusk to dawn, however when I decided to visit the pool (on a very hot day and during a tour) due to it not being pool season the pool was utterly disgusting and when I attempted to go this morning the pool was locked. Packages are overlooked for months at a time and the employees are of no assistance. No one is ever in the office and for the price of the apartments the complex and the amenities as a whole are a joke.
