I’ve stayed here on several occasions and have never had an issue until I didn’t have an iron and ironing board in my room. I made the necessary call for them to bring what was supposed to already be here. I actually had to call 4 more times and in almost an hour.... no one brings one to me and I have a very important meeting to attend. I was told every time I called the front desk that one was on its way but how long do you expect someone to wait before you are to make a complaint. I’m never the one to get upset but this really put a dent in my experience as a Hilton Honors member

They don't disclose the $28 required valet parking fee or the fact they put a hold on your CC for the full amount of your visit plus a daily incidental fee of $50. We gave our CC anticipating a typical $100 to $200 hold to find a $794.26 hold. Later, we saw a very small display reviewing the hold charges. The concern is not the price but merely the lack of communication with the idea that we should've noticed the sign. The hotel itself was great but customer service was below average even with other concerns that we discussed with them.
