    I called today to see about a plan and Ms Heron was EXTREMELY short with me when I stated I couldn't pay half of what I owe (which is over 10g). I stated I could afford 50 bucks a month and that's when she went from friendly to ugly. Not all of us have a cushy job with benefits. I don't think I'll be settling this debt. The other 2 companies I called today were awesome and worked with me. This company needs to teach it's workers CUSTOMER SERVICE.
