    Orange Theory is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I can’t tell enough people about it. Very motivating and addicting. The staff and trainers make an extra effort to know everyone personally and are very intuitive with modifications due to progressions/regressions or injury. The programming is fun and and challenging. I leave feeling refreshed, accomplished, and drenched with sweat. I’m on my path to the best shape of my life.

    I love the energy, music and the motivation from the coaches. The fact that the workouts are ever changing is great. I know some people are not, but I am a huge fan of partner workouts. I love when I feel challenged. The front desk staff are very helpful and always upbeat and positive.
