The Account Manager at 3304-C Eastway Drive in Charlotte, NC finally asked if she could help us after we were in the store for at least 10 minutes and we mistook another customer for a worker. The other customer walked to the back into the room where the lazy worker was sitting and she came out from the back room. My husband told her we were waiting for at least 10 minutes and she hunched her shoulders saying "so what". My husband said he was leaving then and she turned heraround and said "bye then". I asked her for her name and she would not provide it. This store has just lost 2 customers and I'm spreading the word of this awful first time experience. We will NEVER go back there.
