I had the misfortune of being assigned this company by American Home Shield. It’s been nearly 3 months, and I still do not have my dryer repaired. They made multiple appointments and did not show up. Not a call nor an apology. If I got a hold of the lady on the office phone, she will act like she wants to help you but there was never any follow up. Sometimes she just is nasty over the phone.
This is a company run by people without any human decency and moral scruples.
