I found the stylist to be very much taking on a "salesman" role. The first 30 mins I was with her she criticized how I was having my lashes done before ( I just moved to Charlotte and had been having them done for over 3 years with no problems!) She told me they were all wrong and proceeded to try and sell me an overall fix for near $550. She also basically told me that I was lucky to have an appointment with her b/c she's usually booked up with her celebrity clients.......give me a break!
