United States Postal Service at 819 North Wendover Road, Charlotte, North Carolina.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. And I've lived in multiple countries and states. Rudest staff ever, which I wouldn't even mind so much if they could do their jobs. But it takes -ages- for anything to get done. You'll stand in line for 30 mins even if only 1 person is ahead of you. Not because the customer is bad, but because the employees are terrible at their jobs.
I don't know if the computers or card readers are -actually- down all the time, or if that's just an excuse the staff uses. I avoid going to this post office as much as possible, but whenever I do go, they're claiming something is broken. Reallllly?
They never have the customs forms in the lobby like you need. So I wait in the painfully slow line just to get a form that I could have been filling out during the 30+ minute wait.
Not only does Cheryl not know what she's doing, she gives you the pleasure of narrating her every action so you -know- she is an incompetent, useless person. And then she tries to small talk and chat with you. UGH!
I don't know the other lady's name, but she was behind the desk (not at the register) and I asked her if I could get a customs form (since there wasn't one out like there should be). She was all "I'm on my BREAK!" and the other lady said "We take breaks seriously here." If you're on your precious break, then keep in the back and not in the office.
What HORRIBLE people and what a HORRIBLE place. I live just around the corner, but I can't stand coming here any more.
