    I have been pre approved for a loan and wanted to make an offer. When I told George Smith my offer he said he wasn't going to place that offer because it was $12,000 below asking price. I said well they can counter or if they don't accept I will offer something else but I am not going in full price like he wanted me to. When I told him my offer he wouldn't submit it and said I should find a different real estate agent because it was too much work to keep submitting offers and playing games.
