I called my order in a asked for may to be added to my Philly along with roasted red peppers and mushrooms. I was told 15 min. I actually arrived 20 min later and they had not even started my order! I had to wait another 15 min for my order. But that wasn't the half of it. My Philly was made completely wrong! The manager was nice, though, and remade my order, but again it was wrong. The sandwich wasn't even hot...just like warm and few refrigerator cold spots. I didn't even call back this time...not going to waste my time. Just will never return. I'll leave the Philly subs to Jersey Mike's....they are the best!
